Four Seasons Wailea | Manal and His Forever Love | Maui, Hawaii
The Four Seasons Wailea has been a hot spot for proposals. And I’m all about it. Indeed, there’s something incredibly special about capturing the exact moment two lives change forever. And I’m grateful to have been a part of Manal and his now fiance’s surprise proposal.
With that said, Manal planned a heartfelt surprise proposal for his girlfriend at the lovely Four Seasons Resort Wailea. Certainly, every detail was filled with intention and love. From the setting to the emotion on their faces, it was one of those moments that felt like time stood still. The look on her face when he got on one knee said it all.
Furthermore, the proposal took place at the Plumeria Garden area.
Notably, the West Maui Mountains stood tall in the background. The resorts lush greenery surrounded the couple. After Manal got down on one knee, his girlfriend was completely surprised. She excitedly said yes with a huge smile. Definitely, it was a moment full of joy, love, and excitement—one I was so honored to capture.
After the proposal, we explored the Four Seasons Wailea lush garden paths for portraits. The greenery made a perfect backdrop. Excitedly, Manal’s now fiancé was thrilled to showcase her diamond ring. Ultimately, one of my favorite parts about proposals is capturing a couple’s playful side. Certainly, this adds a touch of their personalities to portraits. As shown below, the couple’s chemistry was effortless and their happiness was genuine. It made photographing a breeze.
Lastly, before the sun set, we walked to the Four Seasons Wailea beach. The sun dipped low, which casted pretty golden hues across the water and sand. The waves rolled in gently as the couple walked hand in hand along the shoreline. Here I captured their romantic side as Manal held his fiance in his arms.
All in all, Manal’s proposal was thoughtful, romantic, and full of heart.
