Photography Magic | Amanda and David | Maui Waves and Vows
Truly, photography magic comes together when your dependable associates step and capture the Maui waves and vows for which I couldn’t be present.
I’m happy to share that one of my trusted associates, Amber, photographed Amanda and David’s beautiful Maui waves and vows at a Maui south-end beach. Amber never missed a beat, ensuring that no memory was missed, even when I cannot stand behind the lens.

To begin, Amanda and David recently wed in Florida. But they came to Maui for their vows. They stayed in Wailea and chose the stunning Po’olenalena Beach to announce their vows privately. Ultimately, they escaped the hustle and bustle for some sacred time. Indeed, Maui’s southern beach offered just that. And what a beautiful morning it was to share genuine vows.
After a blow into the conch, officiant Euta led the ceremony. Indeed, Amanda and David were in good company. Uniquely, Amanda and David followed some local traditions, such as being greeted with the Aloha and given a lei, which Amanda documented. Then, they vocalized their heartfelt vows.
After all was said and done, Amanda captured more photography magic.
Furthermore, Amanda and David had some fun in the sun. The couple danced, laughed, and played at Maui’s shoreline. With the warmth of the Maui sun and the sound of waves gently crashing against the shore, they let go of any remaining nerves. They embraced one another with ease.
