Maui Photographer | Jolene and Michael’s Sailing Wedding | Alii Nui Catamaran
As a Maui Photographer, I’m happy to photograph unique venues such as Jolene and Michaels’ sailing wedding. Hands down, this wedding was a fun and memorable day. So, let’s congratulate Jolene and Michael on their beautiful marriage. And thank you for choosing me to photograph every moment.
To begin, I photographed Jolene, Michael, and their guest getting ready at the condos in Napili.
Next, the day unfolded with portraits at Honolua Forest. First, Jolene and Michael shared their first look. And then I photographed the family. When they saw one another for the first time on their wedding day, time stood still. Furthermore, the Honolua Forest had canopy vines that hung from the trees. No doubt this is a world of peace. Known for its serene atmosphere and fairytale greenery, the forest is perfect for pre-ceremony portraits. Of course, I photographed the couple with their kids, too. The ideal lighting captured the family’s love and affection.
Next, we ventured to Ironwoods beach for more photos.
As their Maui Photographer, I captured Jolene and Michael’s romantic moments on the lava rocks. Uniquely, the sharp lava coastline, crashing waves, and salt air breeze surround the beach. Also, the bright sunlight reflected against the deep blue waters. Notably, the tradewinds keep you cool in the sun.
Lastly, we drove to Maalaea harbor for Jolene and Michael’s sailing wedding.
Indeed, aboard the Alii Nui Maui Sailing Charter Boat, Jolene and Michael’s sailing wedding was perfect. In fact, this was an intimate and unique way to celebrate. As a Maui photographer, capturing the beauty and emotion of a wedding on the water was an unforgettable experience.
In detail, as each person boarded the boat, the staff greeted each person with an Aloha and a plumeria lei. The company provided guests with drinks and pupu’s(appetizers). Notably, the ceremony was short, sweet, and meaningful. Jolene and Michael exchanged wonderful vows. As seen, the West Maui mountains and the deep blue waters were breathtaking. After the ceremony, everyone raised their glass with a heartfelt cheers to the newlyweds.
Now, what better way to end your wedding than with a picturesque sunset? Incredible.
