West Maui Elopement Photographer | Kelsey and Sean | Couple’s Favorite Destination
I was honored to have been Kelsey and Sean’s West Maui Elopement Photographer. Let’s congratulate Kelsey and Sean on their marriage. Because Maui was the couple’s favorite destination, Kapalua was stellar. Furthermore, as a West Maui Elopement Photographer, west Maui is one of my favorite places to photograph couples.
The lovely Kelsey and Sean were from Oregon. And Kelsey and Sean were engaged for three years but together for a total of almost nine.
Uniquely, Kelsey and Sean’s first wedding destination pick was Thailand. But the pandemic had different plans in store. Since Maui was the couple’s favorite vacation destination, it was the next best place. Unfortunately, the family couldn’t attend Kelsey and Sean’s wedding. Surprisingly, they said the heck with their canceled plans, and eloped to Maui.

Although Kihei was Kelsey and Sean’s favorite vacation destination, Ironwoods Beach was the couple’s favorite destination for their wedding. On this day, Maui called for high winds, but that didn’t deter Kelsey and Sean. They wanted nothing more than to be husband and wife. Despite the winds, Maui’s sun was bright like a diamond. No doubt, Kelsey looked gorgeous with her hair down. Opposite, Sean wore a sharp emerald-colored suit. Together they were dashing. Now, we can’t forget the lovely bouquet. Shout out to Bella Bloom for creating Kelsey’s florals.
The couple’s favorite destination wedding ceremony was sweet. Sean was gifted a beautiful lei made of kukui nut, tuberose, and ti leaves. After the ceremony, Sean escorted Kelsey to the cliffs. As a West Maui Elopement Photographer, one of my favorite images is of my couples standing on the cliffs. Indeed that view is epic. When the waves crash against the lava rocks, it portrays a marriage’s eternal strength. Not to mention, there is something calming about the sound of crashing waves.
All in all, Kelsey and Sean’s wedding was pure magic. The couple’s favorite destination spot was a hit. Again, as a west Maui elopement photographer, I aim to cater to my clients.
