They traveled from California to celebrate their special day at Sugar Beach Events. As their Kihei wedding photographer, I was happy to capture their love story at this stunning Sugar Beach location.
Furthermore, a little back story about Madison and Frankie- their families have known each other for many years.
They both came from farming families. When Madison and Frankie were younger, they showed livestock at the same events. That is how they first met. Over time, their friendship turned into love, which made this Sugar Beach wedding even more meaningful.
Notably, Madison and Frankie planned most of their wedding themselves.
In fact, they wanted the day to feel simple and true to who they were. They also had help from their planner, Ashley from A Dream Wedding. Together, they created a smooth and beautiful Sugar Beach wedding experience.

There were great rooms for both the men and the women. In fact, this helped everyone feel calm and organized. As a Maui wedding photographer, having a good getting-ready area makes the day run better.
Indeed, the guys looked great in their outfits. They wore cowboy boots and hats, which showed their country roots. Of course, Madison looked stunning in her white wedding dress and had a natural, glowing smile.
As can be seen, the ceremony took place by the ocean. The weather was sunny and bright. This Sugar Beach wedding had an amazing view of the water. It was peaceful and full of love, which made it perfect for a Kihei wedding photographer to capture.
At sunset, we took photos on the beach. Strikingly, the sky turned pink and orange. Of course as a Kihei wedding photographer, these are the moments you always hope for. Definitely, the sunset photos from this Sugar Beach wedding were truly unforgettable and beautiful.
