Mauian Wedding | Lacey & Brandon | Sugar Beach Events
As your Maui wedding photographer, I was honored to be a part of your memorable day. Indeed, Lacey and Brandon were a beautiful Mauian couple from upcountry! Thank you for trusting me as your Maui Wedding Photographer.
For the most part, Maui Weddings run smoothly. But for Lacey and Brandon’s Mauian Wedding, Sugar Beach Events had one minor mishap towards the night’s end. But despite the electricity going out after dinner, Lacey and Brandon’s continued to rock their Mauian Wedding.
First, I photographed the bride, groom, and their guest getting ready. Lacey’s dress was a gorgeous white long flowy dress. The images of Lacey and her mom were precious, showing the beautiful bond between a mother and a daughter. Opposite, Brandon’s mom helped him with his boutonniere, which was heart-warming. Next, I photographed the boys outdoors-posing in style, wearing their stunner shades.
As a Maui Wedding photographer, I am blown away by each ceremony’s decorations.
Lacey and Brandon’s Mauian wedding decorations at the Sugar Beach Event were beautiful—pink, white, and green flowers/petals laced the archway. The white drapes made the Mauian wedding feel enchanted. After the Mauian wedding ceremony, I photographed the bride and groom with their guest. And a lovely group photograph of everyone cheering on the newlyweds. During sunset, I photographed Lacey and Brandon at the beach. I snagged some great images of the couple with the west Maui mountains, Haleakala, and palm trees in the backdrop. Indeed, Maui has an epic 360-degree view from Sugar Beach Events. So it’s not a wonder people get married in Maui.
After Lacey, Brandon, and the guest ate, Sugar Beach Events experienced a power outage.
With that said, this meant no lighting for photography or music to dance. As a Maui Wedding Photographer, it’s essential to get creative. So I had an idea. To explain, I mentioned to the DJ from Next Level Entertainment to use cell phone lights from the guest to film the rest of the Mauian wedding celebration. Also, the DJ had a backup battery for the speakers, which worked wonders. Most importantly the lighting and speakers helped us make a great rest of Lacey and Brandon’s wedding night a hit!
Despite Sugar Beach Events’ power outage, Next Level Entertainment’s DJ and I helped make Lacey and Brandon’s Mauian wedding one they will remember forever.
