Maui Wedding Photographers | Kelsey and Tony | Kapalua, HI

Thank you, Kelsey and Tony, for choosing Jenny Vargas Photography as your Maui Wedding Photographers. My assistant and I had a blast photographing this fun summer wedding. Congratulations, Kelsey and Tony, on tying the knot.

As your Maui Wedding Photographers, we loved hearing how Kelsey and Tony met. Kelsey described it as love at first sight. On Kelsey’s and Tony’s first day of college, the teacher asked the students to eat dinner with someone they didn’t know. While looking around the room, Kelsey spotted the good-looking Tony. So, she asked him to dinner, and the rest was history. Does their story bring back any good ol’ school memories?

Now, Kelsey and Tony are from southern California. The two live by the beach. Being that Kelsey’s aunt lives in Maui, the couple frequently visits. Because Kelsey and Tony felt like Maui was their second home, the two decided to have their wedding here. And no better place than at her aunt’s property in Kapalua.

Let me tell you, Kelsey’s aunt’s property was a Maui Photographers’ dream come true. As seen below, the grounds were pristine. The property overlooked Kapalua bay. Of course, the space in the fields and the stone walls got my creative juices flowing. Not to mention, we were thankful for the location because, on this day, Maui had twenty-foot swells. Also, Kelsey and Tony’s entire wedding party and guests were extremely kind. Your Maui Photographers appreciated the generosity.

Your Maui Wedding Photographers were present to capture every step of your wedding.

To begin, my assistant and I captured details. Undoubtedly our jaws dropped photographing the bouquet, dress, rings, and vowel booklet arrangements. Wouldn’t you agree? Furthermore, Kelsey, her mom, and her bridesmaids were calm and darling. Simple Beauty Maui never disappoints with hair and makeup. In short, Bella Blooms Florals was responsible for the lavish flowers. Opposite the ladies, Tony and his groomsmen were lively and comical. Overall, it was amazing to celebrate with this beautiful crowd.

Uniquely, we snagged two first looks for Kelsey. One with her dad and the other with Tony. Both were precious. We captured great shots. The best part was the surprise on Kelsey’s dad’s his face when he turned to look at his daughter, all grown. Although she’s not daddy’s little girl anymore, he was a proud father.

Before the wedding, my assistant and I snagged shots of Kelsey and Tony in the wide open spaces and next to the cobblestone walls. May I add these are some of my favorite images from this day? Indeed, the duo belongs on the cover of a wedding magazine.

Afterward, the ceremony began. On a side note, Bella Bloom Floral did a fantastic job with the flowers. Of course, the ceremony was lovely. Notably, Kelsey and Tony wrote and recited their vows. After they exchanged lei’s, it was time for the rings. Lastly, the college sweethearts were now newlyweds.

Your Maui Wedding Photographers had fun photographing the couple and their guests for sunset photos. During this time, Kelsey was stunning, wearing a Haku (flower crown). The sunset photographs of of Kelsey and Tony holding a handmade “just maui’d” sign were amazing.

Finally, it was time to celebrate the newlyweds. Showing off their dance moves, Kelsey and Tony rocked the dance floor with some jazzy moves. Also, a fire dancer performed an admirable show. Indeed, Food For The Soul catered the excellent food and drinks.

In conclusion, this was an unforgettable wedding. I’m sure Kelsy and Tony will forever remember their summer wedding.

Again, thank you for trusting my assistant and me as your Maui Wedding Photographers. We wish you a lifetime of love, fun, and groovy dance moves.
