Forever with my heart and soul | Sarah and Bobby | Maui Wedding Photography

As your Maui Wedding Photographer, I want to wish Sarah and Bobby a huge congratulations on getting hitched.

Being their Maui Wedding Photographer, I enjoyed working with Sarah and Bobby. They were a fantastic couple. After being engaged for ten years, the Californian duo finally made their dream come true. Undoubtedly, planning a destination wedding can be a bit stressful. But Sarah and Bobby had Ashley (a dream wedding) as their fantastic coordinator. Also, Maui Palm Tree Floral made Sarah and Bobby’s magnificent florals.

Sarah and Bobby had a medium-sized wedding at the Pineapple chapel in Kapalua.

Although the day called for rain and wind, Sarah and Bobby didn’t let that stop them from having a gorgeous wedding. Despite the weather conditions, the guest was delightful and understanding of mother nature. As an experienced Maui Wedding Photographer, my team and I were able to guide Sarah, Bobby, and their guest for the best snapshots. We wanted to make this an unforgettable day.

First, the JVP team and I took separate snapshots of Sarah and Bobby getting ready.

Ladies and gentlemen, what are your favorite small details? If you didn’t already know, our top favorites to photograph are the small details such as jewelry, invitations, shoes, and a gown’s sequence. Indeed, we got some great shots of Sarah’s dress, the rings, and Bobby’s pineapple socks.

Next, I captured Sarah and Bobby’s first look.

Outside the chapel, I photographed two different angles of the couple. Comment below which is your favorite photo. Of course, it’s always a delight to see a couple’s first-look reactions! Here, Sarah and Bobby were both anxiously waiting to see each other. Surely, Sarah and Bobby’s smiles from ear to ear says how happy they were. Afterward, I snapped Sarah and Bobby with their wedding party on the stairs of the Pineapple chapel.

Finally, the moment everyone awaits-the wedding ceremony.

As can be seen, we caught some strong winds, but as your Maui Wedding photographer, I captured the perfect shots. On another note, the Maui winds were strong enough to keep Sarah’s wedding veil in the air. So much so that Sarah’s bridesmaid held onto it. During the ceremony, Bobby’s mother blessed the couple with a rosary. Finally, the words, “you may kiss the bride.” In this moment, my assistant and I captured two angles of Sarah and Bobby’s first kiss. May I add their kiss was like fireworks? Which angle kissing photograph is your favorite?

Lastly, the ceremony was a blast. Sarah and Bobby danced, drank, played cornhole, and mingled with their guest. I snagged the couple away for a bit to snapshot more portraits. Here I got phenomenal sunset photos of the two on Kapalua’s cliffside. These photos were dreamy. Like in a fairytale movie, the prince finally got to marry his princess. And we wish them a happily ever after.

All in all, everything about Sarah and Bobby’s wedding was magical. Again, thank you for trusting Jenny Vargas Photography to be a part of your special day! I wish you a lifetime of love. Congratulations, Sarah and Bobby! To view more wedding galleries, click here.
