Hello, Summertime, 2019.
Coming in hot on the blog is Kristen and Jeremy’s Engagement Photography session. Let’s give them an enormous Aloha on their marriage proposal.
Visiting from hot peachy Georgia, Kristen and Jeremy came to Maui with Jeremy’s family for a multitude of celebrations. First, Kristen kicked off her shoes to celebrate her birthday. Happy Birthday beautiful! Second, she said adios to those college books because she recently graduated. Job well done! Last but not least, the hugest celebration, is Kristen and Jeremy’s lovely engagement. Congratulations! Now, who is ready to unwind and soak up Maui’s summertime vibes with some delicious Mai-Tai’s?
During their vacation, the two stayed at the Mana Kai Maui located in Kihei. I think these two were ready for their Maui engagement photography session.
In front of the hotel is where the magic happened. Uniquely, the ocean was low tide which made for the perfect amount of lava exposed. Strikingly, as the sunset glistened off the tidepools, it made for some memorable engagement shots.
In their engagement preview, Kristen looked fabulous in both evening dresses. Jeremy, being Kristens protector, swept her away in his loving arms. Along with that golden sunset, Kristen’s diamond twinkled brightly on her ring finger!
Next shown in the photos, Jeremy wore a white and brown kukui nut lei.
With that said, did you know the kukui nut tree is the state tree of Hawaii? Also, the Hawaiian name for kukui nut is light. In the past, the kukui nut, also known as candlenut, gave off light when burned. When worn, it represents the lei of light. Although in the past, only royal men wore the kukui nut lei. Now in today’s time, the lei is used for tourism. Because kukui nuts lasts forever, Kristen and Jeremy can take a piece of Maui home.
All in all, it was a beautiful evening to celebrate all the special events for this lovely couple. Unquestionable, this maui engagement photographer was happy to have seized Kristen and Jeremy’s extraordinary photos.
