Surely, one of my favorite quotes from Albert Einstein-“Rejoice with your family in the beautiful land of life”.
Here we have the lovely Nazareno family rejoicing with their family in the beautiful land of Maui for the first time. Especially delighted to be their Maui photographer, let’s give a big Aloha to the family of five. They have many things to celebrate such as their 15th anniversary, dad’s birthday, and a well-deserved family vacation.
Being the Nazareno family were vacationing from the east coast, the early bird risers chose a sunrise session.
First, we met at Ironwoods beach and shot some great photos. All of a sudden, the rain closed in on us. Unfortunately, their beach session was cut short. And the rainy weather didn’t let up. As a result, we rescheduled two days later for a different sunrise session at Honolua Forest. It’s important to realize, Maui is not always sunshine and clear skies. For that reason, rescheduling may happen due to weather conditions. The Nazareno had lots of patience and such a great attitude.
Second, we met at Honolua Forest. On a brighter note, this shoot was a perfect ending to their family photography session. They laughed and giggled showing how to have fun in the jungle. Definitely, my favorite picture is when the Nazareno family linked hand in hand. Obviously, they share lots of strong ties which shows in these photos. Now, which shot is your favorite?
Thinking ahead, they brought their snorkel gear to the session. So post photo shoot, they went on to explore Maui’s famous snorkel spot, Honolua Bay. This is a great idea if you are staying on another part of the island.
All in all, Mahalo to the Nazareno family for their patience, go with the flow attitude, and flexibility.
