An Exclusive Maui Wedding gave Marie and Jacob the perfect way to begin their marriage. The ceremony took place at a private location on the golf course at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua. As their Kapalua Photographer, I was honored to capture their ceremony. As shown below, the photos captured the breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and dramatic cliffs. Being their Kapalua Photographer, I loved photographing their intimate celebration. Because every moment feels personal, meaningful, and unforgettable.
To begin, the day started with getting-ready portraits.
Notably, Marie spent the morning with her mom. And her mom was a huge help with getting her into her dress. Before the ceremony, they laughed, shared hugs, and enjoyed every moment. Meanwhile, Jacob looked sharp in a classic black-and-white tuxedo and a black bow tie. While the girls prepped, he relaxed with Marie’s dad and they shared a beer. That simple moment showed the close bond they had. As a Kapalua Photographer, I look for genuine moments like these because they tell the complete wedding story.
Next, Marie stepped into her elegant off-the-shoulder wedding dress with a heart-shaped bodice and flowing skirt. Of course, she looked stunning. Before walking down the aisle, she shared a heartfelt first look with her dad at the hotel. His smile said everything as he saw his daughter prepare to get married. Moments like this make every Exclusive Maui Wedding unique and unforgettable.
Soon after, everyone gathered for the ceremony.
With that said, about seven guests attended. The small wedding made the day feel peaceful and intimate. The ceremony took place on the lawn which overlooked the cliffs and the sparkling ocean. The incredible scenery created the perfect backdrop as Marie and Jacob exchanged vows. As a Kapalua Photographer, I could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to capture their love.
After the ceremony, we explored the grounds for romantic portraits. First, we photographed the couple on the lush green lawn. Then, we walked to the cliffs where the ocean stretched endlessly. The soft light, tropical landscape, and coastal views made every photograph feel timeless. Every location highlighted the beauty of their Exclusive Maui Wedding. Although Marie and Jacob celebrated only with their closest family, they plan to celebrate again with extended family and friends back home in Florida. With that said, their Exclusive Maui Wedding allowed them to focus on each other while creating meaningful memories with their loved ones.
