Maui Tropical Destination Wedding Photographer | Taylor and Matthew | Newlywed Couple
As your Maui Tropical Destination Wedding Photographer, I wish my newlywed couple, Taylor and Matthew, a huge congratulations on tying the knot. And what a beauty they were. Thank you for trusting me as your Maui Tropical Destination Wedding Photographer.
The two worked at the same hospital. Taylor was a travel nurse, and Matthew was a radiologist. After they met, they were inseparable like that county song “Stuck Like Glue”- pun intended. Nonetheless, they fell in love! Three years later, Matthew shocked Taylor by proposing to her at the famous Pikes Fish Market in Seattle. Unquestionably, how beautiful the proposal was. Now, here they were, as newlyweds in Maui. Currently, Taylor and Matthew live in Seattle.
To begin, I photographed Taylor getting ready at the Hyatt. As shown, her mom helped her prepare for the day. Also, Taylor’s dad was shocked his baby girl was becoming a newlywed. May I add Taylor looked exquisite in her lengthy, white satin dress? Taylor wore a mermaid wedding gown with off-the-shoulder straps and a heart-shaped bosom top. The buttons on the back side were from midback to the tail end of the dress. As I photographed Taylor, she displayed a sense of beauty and grace. It seemed she had waited her entire life for this day.
While I was with the bride and her party, my assistant photographed Matthew and his party. Matthew was gifted a bottle of Kentucky bourbon whiskey to shake off the jitters. Indeed, the boys made a toast to the best days ahead. At first, the guys were a bit camera-shy, but the drinks helped them relax. As shown below, Matthew and his wedding party had a blast posing outside in their shades.
Of course, the Hyatt Resort’s lobby has spectacular, tropical vibes for wedding portraits. The first look is always an intimate moment for newlywed couples. Shown below, you can see both Taylor and Matthew were speechless. Certainly, the first look was some of my favorite moments as a Maui Tropical Destination Photographer. Next, we photographed Taylor and Matthew and their wedding party. Of course, the Mahalo sign was full of vibrant colors, making the images pop. Also, the bridesmaid safari-colored dresses matched the groomsmen’s dark blue suits.
Both the ceremony and the reception were outdoors. For sure, it was a perfect day and evening. During the ceremony, Taylor and Matthew exchanged leis, a tuberous lei, and a maile lei. On a side note, the exchange of leis during a wedding represents your sign of love and commitment. In more detail, pink and orange plumeria petals covered the aisle, which matched the bouget of flowers. All in all, the ceremony was perfect.
During the outdoor ceremony, everyone danced underneath the epic fiery red sky. Uniquely, Taylor and Matthew sat in decorated tropical wicker chairs. The bride, groom, and guest ate, drank, mingled, and had the time of their lives.
In conclusion, the newlywed couple, Taylor and Matthew, had a wedding day they will remember forever. Congratulations on tying the knot. May you continue to be stuck like glue. Again, thank you for trusting me as your Maui Tropical Destination Wedding Photographer.
